Dear sir, I have booked the rliance big tv connection on 26th march 18 and received the mail as below. "congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is 14537088 and no of connections 1" Now it is around 80 days and they are not responding to any mails. Sir i have taken the subscription of big tv for one year and big tv was not working since 2 months. I want all my money back with was one year subscription of Rs. 1500
