Reliance Bigtv — a false promises from reliance big tv (still no installation) | |||
Dear sir, My name is machindra agarkar and i had done the booking of the rbig tv connection on 1st march 2018 and now its october going on but still i haven't received the connection or any news about it my connection. The amount was deducted from my axis bank account on march 1st, at 11 a. M. I have the bank transaction to prove that the money was deducted, unfortunately i am unable to provide my booking id as it was on my old mobile handset which is not working now, would appreciate if you could refund the amount which was 499 as there is no chances of getting the connection or else i will have to file a complaint in the consumer forum... I am ready to take a new connection offline, but you will have to refund my rs. 499/- that was paid to you thru eft Lots of time a called but not solved a problem. Since 15 days error 400, customer care not answering calls, kindly resolve or give contact details of the service personnel, please don't repeat this mistakes and spoil company name.
