Reliance Bigtv — already paid two year subscription but no connection - consumer no[protected]

My reliance big tv consumer no is[protected]. I took a package of two years approximately in mar 2018 but since then there has been no channels coming in my tv. I have made numerous communication to the customer call centre, but i have never got a positive reply. Whenever i ask for the refund they tell me that there is no such provision.
I wish to get my refund of rs 2000/- back in my icici bank account[protected], branch vasai east, maharstra.
