Reliance Bigtv — big-tv is not working properly - error 400 signal lost | |||
Hi team We have recharged of rs 2499 for our reliance big-tv set of box. But we are not able to see any channel from past 15 days and getting "error 400 signal lost". We have tried to call to customer service several times and they just told it will be working within 24 hours. Now its been more than 15 days, still its not working properly. Now when we are trying to call to customer care, its always out of service. This is really ridiculous. Please fine below smart card number for your reference.
