Reliance Bigtv — big tv set box not upgrade to tata sky set top box

I am getting message on my big tv that your services are getting closed... So give a missed call to get the existing big tv converted to tata sky. I gave missed call. But there is no response. So i called them asking to convert my big tv to tata sky. But they refused to do so as they told they don't have my data in their database. You have stopped your customer support as well. What am i supposed o do. This is literally not fair in any sense. This is cheating with customer.
