Hi sir/madam, Pre-booking id[protected] You people are fraud till now no installation happened. I already bought a new setup box. So, i don't need reliance big tv setup box now. Please refund my booking amount of rs. 500 because you people didn't fulfil your promise which you give at the time of booking. Otherwise, i will take legal action.
