Dear sir, i have recharged my big tv 1499 rupees before consulting customer care reliance big tv & they told us me one year plan. After recharged my big tv no.[protected] till dated 08.05.2018 not coming any chanel in my dth. I have complaint approx 30 times in customer care but result are zero. They told us again & again system are updating only. They also giving time 12 hour, 24 hours, 36 hours, 48 hours, & not take any complaint my bigtv & said only wait & wait.
