Reliance Bigtv — cheated by reliance big tv | |||
In Oct-Dec 2017 it stopped working. I recharged my channels. Even there was a message on tv that we can switch to Airtel Dish/TataSky etc Tv but Again it started working after few days saying that services will be normal and there will be no problem now onwards. I recharged it for 1499 for next 1 year. After few days first there were no STAR channels for 20 odd days. Then for last one month no SONY and ZEE channels. And for last 3 days it has stopped working completely. Even call centres are not responding. This is really frustrating and I am getting cheated by Reliance BigTV. From 13th April 2018, received an error message on the screen as ERROR 400 - Lost signal . Frustrating experience again Smart Card No [[protected]] at Dhule. Looking for the resolution as we tried with the wire check and weather all found to be correct. Hope to receive the resolution on priority bases. Also the toll number is not working[protected], did not find a way to raise the complaint... We had called minimum at least 50 times with the customer care but still there is no response from them...
