Reliance Bigtv — complaint on recharge made and not renewed | |||
My smart car number for big tv is[protected]. I have been renewing the channmel by recharging for the last four years online. There is no problem. Recently i paid during nov.2018 rs 149 from paytm on 5th november at 12, 37with order no[protected] for one month. Later, before the end of the month, i paid rs630.00for three month period + 9days offer. The transaction id is [protected]. This payment was also made through pay tm with order no.[protected] on 2nd dec, 2018. My account was suspended from 5th onwards. I have been calling your customer care number everyday for about 15 days and every week without any positive response. Even today it is not updated and i could not view my favorite channel since 5 the december despite my efforts. Every time your callers are telling with in 24 hrs it will be rectified. But till today that was not done. Finally, i complain you with a view that you will rectify the defect and do justice tome. Pl go through this and act at once on paid of action.
