Reliance Bigtv — complaint regarding not installing reliance big tv | |||
I have booked reliance digital tv connection in dhamaka offer by paying advance of 499/- inr on 12th march 2018 morning 6:29. They have promised to install the connection within 30 to 45 days of booking. Almost 160 days have passed but ii have not received any single communication from them about my installation so far. After that the company went incommunicado. All my attempts of contacting the company via email or con tact numbers have gone in vain. As of now, i feel that i have been duped just like many other gullible customers with this modus operandi of advance booking. The so called company has taken the advantage of its behemoth corporate image. I have been consistently trying to communicate on their customer care number [protected] but it always shows busy. Even i have sent many mails to them but not a single reply have been received so far. My booking id number is :12920758 After 6 months of mental torture and agony that i have gone through, i am constrained to register this last complaint to you. I hope to get a satisfactory response from your side failing which i may have to approach the consumer court for the redressal of my grievance.
