[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — connection not get

I have booked 1 big tv connection through online and pay rs 499 on dated-11/03/2018,
Receipt no - mh[protected]
Transaction ref no - lic[protected]
Booking id[protected]

It has been passed 10 month but still there is no calls, no emails, not even any sms regarding connection and installation.
Please let me know when the hell i will have the connection?

There is nothing which has been resolved, i had a word with customer care of reliance digital tv and they said that there is no number is registered with us, please mail you booking id. I did the same thing again, Now i wan to know what is the problem and how much time it take to install a set top box because it has passed 11 month. Utkarsh bhardwaj 9352832689
