Reliance Bigtv — customer care did not fix the issue despite calling them for 16 times | |||
Relationship no.:[protected] Invoice number: ts[protected] Invoice date: 21/04/2018 I have been calling customer service for past 3 months regarding telugu channels "maa" and "zee" everytime i have called, the worlds dumbest customer service team has asked me to wait for 48 to 72 hrs as systems are updating. I have asked for supervisor many times and was told he is busy. This literally happened for 14 times. I then asked to downgrade my package from 390 to a lower package. Cust care team has rejected request saying package can only upgraded but not downgrade. Also, i was told to wait for one week for the telugu channels to resume which i did and done a recharge today with 390rs since its more than 10 days since i called them. Now im seeing signal lost error. Called customer care and same lame response as "our systems are updating call back after 72 hrs" I asked for refund of my 390 rs as i need to wait for 72 hrs and the request was rejected. Whom should i approach on this. I literally called reliance customer care for 16 times Was this information helpful? | |||
