Reliance Bigtv — delay in installation of dish tv

Hello, I'm Prakhar Srivastava, my id no is[protected].I booked two DTH devices on 6 March 2018.Installation was promised within 45 days but now it has been close to 3 months and there has been no response from the company, neither from the mail nor the customer care service phone numbers.Its been a great displeasure and disappointment for me.I request for the company to respond to my complaint and take immediate action, otherwise I would have to resort to legal methods.I sincerely hope the situation doesn't come to this.I have noticed several other costumers facing the same problem.We expect a lot from a company of such claibre.Hopefully the company will try to reinstate trust in its customers again.
