Reliance Bigtv — delay in services and not having any communication | |||
I had booked two connections with this company in march 2018. For details please see their confirmation email pasted below. I have tried contacting them multiple times over phone and email but all the attempts failed. It seems as if this company took the money of many more gullible customers like me and simply vanished overnight. Can you please help Me get my money refunded or be provided the promised products/services, or atleast confirm if i have indeed been scammed of my 1000 rupees.
