Reliance Bigtv — dth not working from 1 month

We have taken new connection 2 months back. Now we are not getting signal. It is showing as no signal from last 1 month. I have called many times to customer service, they are saying that they are refreshing and i will get channels but it's not happening. Not sending technician also. We have faceda lot of problem due to no dth service.

I want my refund of 2500/- now as i have taken new connection with different company now by paying money as there is no other option left for me. They harassed me mentally for 20 days as i was calling, mailing them still no response. Worst service ever i have seen in my life. Please give me the whole amount i wasted on your company along with penalty.
