I have applied for new connection on 23.11.2018 and paid rs 2000. My booking id is r[protected] cust id [protected].
After completion of 23 days i didn't get connection.
I have called customer care 4 times but they are not clearly tell about when i will get my connection. Every time they are telling in one week i will get connection.
They are not provided local dealer details
Even they not canceling my order and not refund ing my deposit amount. Resolve the issue
