Reliance Bigtv — fraud being done in the name of reliance big tv

Reliance is promoting the reliance big tv by saying that pay 500 in advance and get the set top box installed in 45 days from the date of booking.
Following is the message i got "congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is 14548979 and no of connections 1"
I had made the payment on 15th may 2018 and since then there has been no installation done. When i call their customer service, it goes to a bunch of pathetic people who just say that it will be done soon. They wont check for your booking or anything, but just have standard answer that the installation would be done soon.
Reliance has committed a big scam and is cheating customers big time.
