Hi, I have paid 499rs for bigtv set top box connection from last 3monts back (06.03.2018- recp no :[protected], booking id: a12905185, and at the time of booking they mention within 45 days u will get the connection but till now i don't receiv any update but i paid 499rs at the time of booking Why i am not received any intimation, what process is going on with this order, please let me know.
