Hi team independent tv, I have booked a connection on 5 nov booking id is r70009390, customer id [protected], work order no 636275, service request no 699238. I do not get connection till now and there is no clear clarity from your team on date for installation. Can i know the status of my booking. In my tv there is error coming error 200 and cant be resolved from 02 days i removed and put the card but there ia nk changes happen even called customer care but not responded and told called after 01 hour as our system is not working cam it resolved earliest.
