[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — interruption in independent dth services | |||
I am a customer of independent tv. My mobile number is [protected] and my customer id is [protected]. Till 05th may, 2019, the services of independent tv were satisfactory. But from 05th may, 2019, moving picture in every channel interrupt for 4-5 seconds frequently with the interval of 5-10 seconds... I have mailed the complaint to [protected]@independenttv.in on 7th may, 2019. But nothing happened and also nobody called me in this regard. Your toll free customer care numbers [protected], [protected] are not working, and also i tried to call your missed call number [protected] thrice on 7th and 8th may, 2019 but no use. Its been about 72 hours over, it is unfortunate that independent tv customer care cannot be reached. This happens only in india. I think you people are far away from giving good service to the consumers. I request you once again to restore the dth services for my customer id [protected] within 24 hours from today. If my complaint is neglected, i will approach consumer forum as a legal step, against your bad services. Was this information helpful? | |||
