Reliance Bigtv — new set top box connection | |||
Reliance Big TV committed for installation of Satellite DTH TV in 45 days after booking. However its more than 120 days for advance payment of Rs. 499/-, still RelianceBigTV has not installed set top box / DTH connection. Everytime when customer care is called, it is assured that that installation will take place in 5-10 days. however no installation is done. Again, after calling customer care, new date is given. I called customer care, at least, 15 times. But of no use Was this information helpful? | |||
