Reliance Bigtv — no big tv installation since march. | |||
I have booked big tv connection on 1st march and reliance confirmed that they will install this till 45 day maximum but its oct now and they have not install the connection. When i am calling on customer care they are saying it will be installed within 7 working days. Even i call them after a month their statement is same like a robot. Its very bed service from reliance. I paid for dish TV connection but it is not installed even after 45 days. The customer care service cut the phone because I spelled reliance dish as jio dish once.next time he cut the call and told me to try next time. Either refund my money or install the dish within a day. The I'd number is 14557974
