Reliance Bigtv — no channel broadcast | |||||
Please note that I am facing this unfortunate issue for more than a month. On Feb 11th I got an offer message from Reliance Digital TV providing a package of all the paid channels (Standard Definition) for two years if I recharge my smart card #[protected] for 2499.00 ₨. I availed the offer and did a recharge for 2499.00 ₨. on the same day (Payment receipt attached). After one week, I started facing issues like all the movie channels of Star & Zee Network stopped working. I called their customer care [protected] several times however I have been advised that this issue will be resolved in some time. I wrote a couple of emails to the customer service and their appellate authority, however, no response has been given so far. Since the customer service is not responding and I am facing this issue since last 1.5 months, I've got nothing left to do, apart from a written request at consumer complaints portal. I am a big tv customer for last 2 years and just about this pathetic customer service behavior, I've lost trust in Big TV Now & I WANT REFUND OF MY MONEY.
