[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — no installation done as on date

I booked for a new reliance digital tv connection by paying 499 rupees on 18.08.18 and it was mentioned that the installation will be done between 30-45 days. Today is 11th nov. So it has been 90 days and they haven't come for installation and i don't think it will be done by tomorrow. When i call them those people don't know anything about this and are not giving any date by which it will be installed. I have also mailed them several times, but no reply has come from them. I am worried that the money will not be refunded. Please help.

So it has been 124 days and they haven't come for installation and i don't think it will be done by tomorrow. When i call them those people don't know anything about this and are not giving any date by which it will be installed. I have also mailed them several times, but no reply has come from them.
