Updated by prkuag After 4 days there is no response from the side of Independent/Reliance Big TV. I have already complaint many times to customer care but no response till now. whenever I complaint to customer care ask them the complaint number they denied and answer me to forward my complaint to higher authority.
I am ringing to such customer number it gets busy all time.
