[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — no response on the installation of big tv post expiration of 45 days | |||||
Dear Reliance, Its very said to bring to your notice that i have pre ordered reliance big tv on 23/8/18 with the faith that it will be installed on time but even after expiration of 45 days windows there is no response from your end. Repeted emails to your customer care have been unanswered making it feel like a cheater company. Do not spoil the name of the company with your poor respose mechanism. Below screenshot for reference. I have mailed all the deatils regarding no response from reliance digital tv with regard to booking of a new connection and as per the terms company was supposed to install the same within 30-45 days but now 45 days have already passed but i have not received any response yet. Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
