We have recharged the reliance digital tv for smart card no. : [protected] in the month of may 2018 for 2 years at rupees "3240" i. E, up to may 2020. We haven't been receiving signal since a month now and it is always showing the error no signal whether or not the weather is clear. There is no response when we tried to contact the helpline no. From last 1 months independent tv is not working and they are not giving any response regarding the same. They charged me almost 2500 rs and not giving any service..Kindly do something or order him to return my invested amount. Customer care number is not working.

I am 1 year pack activation but all channels are removed form 3 months
Very very bad service.. After taking the full amount from last 4 months all the channels are removed.. Any customer care no not working.. The most fraud company..
