I had booked reliance big tv connection by paying 499/-in march 2018. My booking id is 14534214. On call to [protected] saying that installation will be completed on in 1st week of sept. Many weeks passed by and same reply from customer care on repeatedly ask for on week time and now the the customer care no has been closed. Kindly refund my amount.
