Refund of amount Rs.3192/- Reliance DTH Card No.:[protected] Reference to the above the Connection, I have made the payment of Rs 3, 000/- & Rs 192/- by net banking as discussed with the customer care representatives these representatives talking rudely to the customers. and these people are pressureuicing us for the upgraded package to silver / gold, (i.e., Mr. Teer Senior In charge of the department along with Ms Megha Savanth / Mr. Deepak) But the people sitting in the customer care department says one thing or the other.
