Sir i have paid an amount of rs. 599 on 03.03.2018 as advance for pre connection and balance to be paid on installation. Now the problem is when i try to visit in your website to check the status of the track order. I could not sign in. Nor allowed to register as a new member. My order number given by you -104478 dt. 03.03.2018. I request you to kindly look into and give me the status report. I sent email also. But returned undelivered.

On 6th march 2018 I have paid Rs.499 online for new connection, but not get any confirmation from Reliance Big TV.kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem.
