[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — Poor signals and very bad customer service | |||
On Aug.24, 2016 I called customer care service for poor signals and channels not seen they suggested I must remove the arial 2-3 times and switch off and on the main electric supply. I tried with no change so again I called them and they booked a complaint with Request no.[protected] and since then I am repeatedly getting in touch with them and only getting assurance that soon they will solve the problem. there service is very poor and the service agency in Nagpur is beyond their control. They are selling new connections misguiding the customers with false promise and then you keep hunting for them. Pl suggest if I can take this matter to consumer forum. I have paid money till Sept 9, 2017 so do not what refund I get after disconnecting their service and sifting to other operator. Pl. suggest.
