Reliance Bigtv — pre booking installation issue

I have booked new connection on 4 march. But I have not received any update on the installation part. It 115 days now, there is no revert from the company nor have I received any reply of my mail to customer care. Both customer care no given are either not reachable or say you will get a call from installation team within 7 days, which has never happened till date. Either the money needs to be refunded to the installation needs to be done on top priority. Never expected such a big company to harass customers in this way...
