Reliance Bigtv — promised delivery in 45 days

Hiii i have made a booking for new connection on 10/04/2018.
And was told installation will be done in 45 days.
And its been more than that.
There is no communication from reliance or either ua numbers are reachable.
Tried calling u many many times.
Because of you people there is no setup box connection at my home.
Is this a kind of scam?
Expect ua reply asap.
