I applied for connection on 1st march 2018. As per their website and t&c, installation need to be done with in 30-45 days. After waiting for 3 months i contacted their customer care and ask for refund as i resume my dth connection with older service provider. As per instruction from their customer care i sent a refund request mail to "[protected]@rbtv.in" on 18th june 2018. After multiple calls and emails i got reply on 01st aug 2018 asking my bank details and seeking 2 weeks for refund. Today is 30th august but i have not receive payment. Wrong commitment is done to the customer by the company. I want to sue the company for not valuing the customer. My booking id is 17500110. Please take strict action for wrong commitment done to the customers and request to arrange to get my refund of rs.499/-.

Updated by Rahul Shrimali I have not received my payment yet. now I am getting calls for installation and also received a mail on 08.09.18 stating my bank details have been forwarded to account department for refund. Request to take serious steps on such fraud company.
