Reliance Bigtv — refund of amount 310 due to failure of providing service | |||
I'm using reliance big tv dth since many years and every time problem occurs but they did not provided us solution. On 9th november 2018, i recharged for 1 month with 310 ₹. But still today (18 november) service is not provided. I called [protected] many time for complaint but they are not able to solve the problem still today. So i want refund of 310 ₹. When I will get my connection.my number is 14552306.i have done booking in June still not got the connection.i is very bad experience if it can not be resolved than give my money back.k kindly give me date when I will get it.
