I have booked for big tv connection in response to your ad in the papers on20.07.2018. Since the same was not installed timely i reqyested you to cancel the order and refund the bookng amount but nothing has been heard so far. I have requested so many times at their call center as well as on consumer complaints but no response has been recieved so far. Request kindly refund the money at the earliest.
