I have booked for dth connection on march 7th and till today i have not got the connection in my house. I got a message in may stating, my dth connection will be provided by june. It is already more than a month and no body responded to me till now. I called customer support multiple times but customer care number switch off. As i can't wait anymore, i have got another connection from other dth provider now. Please refund the pre-booking charges i have made at the earliest.

I really experiencing a bad support from big tv team starting from booking to till get my refund as you couldn't provide the connection. Hope i will get my amount refunded within few days. If i don't get my money back, i will start escalating it to the next level.

I call on Customer service no 1800 200 9001 & 1800 200 9001 but both numbers unreachable. I write mail on [email protected] 2 times but they not answer. I got mail from [email protected] when I book new connection on their web site as below. Dear Customer, Congratulations! for Booking Your RBIG TV Connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 Days.Your Booking ID is 14510135 and No of Connections 1 Regards, Reliance Digital TV Note:Please do not reply to this mail. For any query please send a mail to: [email protected]
