I pre booked rel big tv dth setup box. My booking id is 14554139, reliance big tv are committed for installation within 30 to 45 days but here 90 days has been gone over but still neither installation has been done nor any information from your side.

Plz let me know when installation will be done else my booking amount
Rs. 500-/ will be refunded.
