Reliance Bigtv — reliance big tv hd hevc set-top box | |||
I had booked new connection with reliance big tv for the hd hevc set-top box on the very first day of its announcement way back in march with the booking id of 12509240. Till date there is no info on installing the same. I was assured that by end of august the installation would be done. The customer care is busy as usual to address this issue. We are register pre booking rbig tv online in march 2018 with payment of rs. 499/- but till date not received my rbig tv connection any message and information and customer care call not connect any time.
