Reliance Bigtv — reliance big tv not delivered till 1 year before booked the dish at 499. please give my money back.

I have pre booked on mrp 499. The company was have to deliver the product within 45 days but after 6 moth i didnot get any product. So please give my product or give my money back. I have many time contacted with customer service and they told me to wait few days. And from last one month the customer service also not responding from my no. So please look at the matter and help me to solve my problem
