My TV connection is not at all working past 5 days. No signal issue. (Not due to weather) I am not able to reach any customer care numbers. Please help. Also, the request below is not addressed till now. Attaching details

After my last recharge of all pay, channels pack for 2 years..on 17th Feb 2018. most channels not working now in my connection

Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution
Government of India about Reliance Big TV fraud. The number on which i have put complaint is [protected](One, eight, double zero, double one, four, triple zero. You can also put complain on this number.
