Reliance Bigtv — reliance big tv one year free hd channels offer | |||||
I booked a reliance big tv connection on 1st march 2018 at about 11:46 a. M. As per which rs. 499 was deducted from my bank account. I regret to say that i have not received any confirmation message from reliance big tv till date. For the last 25 days i have been calling up customer care of reliance big tv but they are completely unable to help me. Most of the times, the call is dropped from their end, or, even if attended, all they say is that the confirmation message will be sent within 24 hours and that the site is too busy to respond. I am really surprised because i have never experienced such a thing before. The amount of 499 has already been deducted and the company does not even confirm. I have called up the customer care innumerable times but every time the response is not satisfactory. I don't understand why they can't confirm booking or receipt of payment. Also, at the time of pre-booking, they said that your set-top box will be delivered to u after 30 days of pre-booking. Now, their 30 days are over now. What should i do? Yesterday i called on their customer care no. Asked about the installation of the set-top box, their representative replied that it will be delivered to by 30th of july, 2018. Please help.
