My pre booking id number is 14504872

I had pre booked set top box on dated 5-3-18
Even now i have not gotten my set top box
I made so many calls on your customer care number [protected] but that number always say all roots are busy

I think you cheated people and your scheme is a fraud

So cancelled my pre booking and return my money
