Reliance did not install my setup box as given time (30 - 45 days) as promised. And not got message setup box installation will be in june 2018. I was make my order in march 2018. Now l want my refund of 499/- back. But nobody given me right information about your rbtv setup box. Your company didn't get any information for any updates in my rbtv setup box. Not able to provide service in u.p . Every day calling to costomer care but no reply. Waste of money to buy bigtv .

I have booked rbigtv connection on March 8th booking I'd is 12519398 but still now there is no update regarding the connection, I am waiting for your reply
