Sir, i am your customer since 2010 bearing with smart card no.[protected] and paying annual subscriptions every year as such i have paid annual subscription in the month of may 2017 and the same will expires in may 2018. But for no reasons the services were stopped from august 2017. Later on there is a display on my tv that the licence is expires in the month of november 2017 for which the reliance big tv is going to tied up with tatasky and contact number was given for further information. After few days there is another display on my tv that not to go for any other dth as the reliance big tv is going to renew their licence. I have waited till todate. But there are no services resumed. Last month there is a sms to my mobile informing about dhamaka offers. As this is so recently there is another sms to my mobile that my account is in low balance and to recharge immediately to add on packs. How fun it is, my account is going to expire in may 2018. Due to stoppage of services to my tv from august 2017, how my account is going to low balance in the month of april 2018. Please verify and reply soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
