Reliance Bigtv — reliance big tv set top box | |||||
From last one week our Reliance Big tv is not working. It shows error 400 our account balance is rs.1052/-. My smart card no.[protected]. please help to resolve the problem at the earliest please. Call to customer care is of no help as they always respond saying the system is down and they cannot check any details. also I have requested for an account statement several times which they are not willing to provide.
