Reliance Bigtv — reliance bigtv connection not yet installed (4 months passed)

Dear sir/mam,

I booked on 26th march 2018 for a new connection but till date i have neither recd. A single call from installation team nor installed the connection. I am very frustrated with your customer care executive response.

My booking id is 14537001 for 1 connection.

No one is taking responsibility to resolve.

Every time when call to the customer care, they always gives a new saying that your connection will installed by this date. This happening from last four months.

Can i get my connection installed by this year 2018?
