Reliance Bigtv — reliance digital tv not installed after payment

I had pre booked for new connection on 01 Mar 2018 ( booking id[protected] and was promised that the system would be installed within 30-45 days. Now more than 8 months have passed and I am yet to get the set top box and antenna asst. Customer care service is worst and very rude.
