Reliance Bigtv — request to refund

Dear sir,
I had booked reliance big tv on 12th april 2018 which details are mention below:
Receipt no. : mh[protected]
Booking id : 14544609
Amount rs. : 499.00
I was informed that, my connection woluld be install within 30 to 45 days.
I have tried too many times to customer care no. Regarding installation shedule but it is always unreachable.
Since it has already passed more than 90 days, i can't wait more for installation. My humble request you to refund my money in my account.
