Reliance Bigtv — satellite box not available

Dear sir your satellite box is not available from last three month, your sending time is 30-45 day but your equipment is not receive me. i will book it 19 march 2018.
booking id number 14529134. our old satellite box is no showing all Chanel from November 2017. customer care are called 72 hours your box is send you but not available from November 2017. please sir solve this case .
